Imagination Station

Caiden's imagination in action never ceases to amaze me. If you know Caiden, you know that he is absolutely in love with garbage trucks and garbage cans. One of his all time favorite activities is to help Daddy with taking out the trash and recycling and moving the cans to and from the curb. He even knows that paper products goes into recycling without our having to tell him. Well, I'm sure it comes as no surprise when I tell you that we constantly have to tell him to stop playing with the garbage cans in the house. So what has our little smarty pants done? He's created his own "garbage" and the cans and bins to go along with it.

All of the little toys in the toy box in our living room have become the "garbage" that he transports back and forth in his make-shift garbage trucks. For one of them, he took his farm truck, added a square bucket and voila - he has a garbage truck and driver!

Here he is in action adding "garbage" to his trucks and "cans."

And of course, he needs to drive them back and forth from the dump.

Like I said, it just amazes me to see his imagination in action! It will be so much fun when Ezra gets old enough to do imaginative play with Caiden!
