My family has embraced a new tradition and this is the 2nd year we've done it. It is a white elephant exchange with the added twist of having to dress up in Santa gear, pick your present and getting it open before the next person rolls doubles.
This year we scored a killer white elephant for gifting. B's mom had this item stashed in her closet - it was an item she received as a white elephant the year before. We couldn't wait to find out who would end up getting it. As it turned out, it went to the perfect recipient: my cousin's hubby Patrick. :)
