That made my day even better! I swear, I was grinning all morning. It feels so nice to know that Beth is actually following our progress. It's one thing when you pick up a random cookbook out of the blue to try out, but it takes a whole new level when you can actually communicate with the person who wrote the recipes! I hope she keeps reading our blog. It will be fun to stay in touch with her!
