So TGiving this year was a fun time! We did something a little different this time around. Jim's wife Sharon works as a property manager at a nearby location - just 10 min away in fact! Since it is brand new, there aren't many residents yet. One of the perks of living/working there is that both Sharon and the residents have access to the complex's community room. There is a full on professional kitchen, pool table, big screen TV and entertainment area and the best part of all - completely ours for the evening. No one had to worry about cleaning up their homes or cooking a gigantic meal. We all brought our favorite dishes and made for an enormous buffet style feast!
We brought ham, muffin stuffin', sweet potato casserole, Oreo truffles and butterscotch pie. We also got to enjoy turkey, more stuffing, pirogis, salad, homemade cranberry sauce (go Rob!), bread, mashed potatoes and tons of sweets! We had quite a crew there as well. We were joined by Rob, Clan Ptak, Sharon's friend Debby and all of Debby's family and their kids. However, some sort of family drama had Clan Debby head out way early, so it pretty much ended up just being Rob, Clan Ptak and us which was just as much fun! After stuffing ourselves silly, we had fun playing Rockband and hanging out.

Caiden did really well for his first TGiving. He got to enjoy sweet potatoes and Cheerios and played away to his heart's content with his toys.
Rob also made for good kid entertainment

Some things I am thankful for this year include:
- Successfully carrying and delivering a wonderful beautiful baby boy with little to no problems or complications.
- A loving husband who is also an amazing father.
- Being able to stay at home to raise Caiden while still maintaining a part time job to bring in some extra $$.
- The happiness and joy that Caiden has brought into our lives.
- Wonderful family and friends who visit us and support us in times of need and joy.
- Financial security in a time of upheaval.
- The right to vote and finally exercising that right. Go Obama!!
- A roof over my head, food on the table and the day to day safety and conveniences I all too easily take for granted.
