Wow - my world just got a little bit better tonight. It started with dinner where we had garlic seasoned chicken along with old favorite minted zucchini and cherry tomatoes, and newcomer Gold Marie romano beans drizzled with homemade garlic & rosemary infused olive oil. WOW. I so loving being apart of this fruit and veggie co-op. Of course our night wouldn't be complete without a trip to Cold Stone Creamery to revel in a divine new indulgence! (Cuz you've gotta balance the nice healthy and delicious dinner with something utterly unhealthy!) This new flavor has stolen both B's and my hearts. I know it's gonna sound a little weird, but you can't knock it until you've tried it.
Blueberry. Muffin. Mix.
Now I've been a long standing Cake Batter fan, so when I first heard about this new flavor in a random comment on Tomato Nation's NC Double Scoop write-up, I knew I had to try it! (I have also long been known to bogart a few too many samples of Betty Crocker's blueberry muffin mix before it makes it into the little paper cupcake baking sleeves.) When I told B about it, he looked at me like I was a little crazy (which it's true, I am), but he was willing to try it. Combined with a graham cracker mix-in, he is an instant convert. We have officially found our little taste of heaven. Mmmm mmm mmm!!
