Mmm...PIE!

What's one of the best things about having your mom come visit? Baking time!! :) We have been indulging our respective sweet tooths (teeth?) this week and making some yummy desserts. First up were mom's delicious Oatmeal Raisin cookies - I haven't had those in ages!





And today I learned how to make Banana Cream pie - YUM! Mom got to learn how to use my stand mixer and food processor, and I got the know-how for making this delicious pie. I think it's a fair trade off! :) And we got to use my new stoneware pie dish - yay!
