Knowing B was going to be out of town for the weekend, I had made plans with my friend Kristi to go to tea. She picked out a place in Seattle called The Queen Mary Tea Room and we were going to meet there at 3:30. We'd been talking about this for weeks, and I was really looking forward to a nice afternoon outing!
So I find my way to the tea room, park, and wander inside...only to find a table full of my lovely friends waiting to surprise me with a baby shower!! I was totally shocked!! :D Heather, Eva, Clea, Lisa, Megan, Dawn, Kristi and Eve were all there to celebrate. I got to wear a tiara for the afternoon, catch up with the girls and enjoy some absolutely heavenly food. I had so much fun and couldn't get over the fact that I had been surprised again! Heather even set up a decoy date to throw me off (March 1) - smart (and tricky!) woman!!!
The afternoon went by way too fast, but I feel so lucky to have such wonderful friends here in WA (and in NY!). Thanks to everyone for making it an awesome party!
